Pilates Reformer – Pilates At Home

Founded by Ilaria in the heart of the Orangerie district, Giolia welcomes students in small groups of 8 or fewer, no experience required, in an atmosphere blending discipline and gentleness. The studio's Reformers are by Pilates At Home, chosen for their build quality and smooth movement.

Adam Pilates created a space in L'Isle-Adam entirely dedicated to movement and well-being. The studio brings together Pilates Reformer, Hot Pilates and Pilates Mat in a modern, warm setting, complemented by a coffee shop designed as a true living space. An address where training extends into a moment of relaxation and connection.

Opened in September 2026 at 16 rue Notre-Dame in Montbrison, Cosmo envisions a complete experience built around movement and well-being. Reformer Pilates in groups of 8, Hot Pilates, Ice Bath and Coffee Shop come together in one space designed to find the balance between effort and recovery. The studio's Reformers are by Pilates At Home, chosen for smooth, precise and demanding practice.
