Yes. Our Reformers are delivered ready to use (assembled and inspected). Depending on the destination and shipping method, some protective packaging may need to be removed upon receipt.

Delivery

Lead times depend on the model and destination. For made-to-order machines, expect 3 to 6 weeks.

For professional orders (multiple machines), lead time may extend to 6 to 8 weeks.

Delivery is carried out by a carrier. Depending on your area, a confirmation or an appointment may be offered before delivery.

Machines are carefully packed with reinforced protection and shipped via a specialist carrier. You'll receive tracking information as soon as shipment is confirmed.

If tracking doesn't update or you notice a delay, contact us — we'll assist you promptly.

Upon delivery, inspect the packaging and the machine. If you notice any damage, report it immediately to the carrier and contact us with photos for prompt resolution.

Returns & Refunds
