1. Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders. We have the following shipping options available in France: Standard Shipping - Free shipping included. Processing time : 1 to 2 weeks. Transit time : 2 to 6 weeks, deliveries made Monday through Friday via specialist bulky-goods carrier.

The delivery times shown are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, peak periods or logistics constraints beyond our control. Delivery is made to the doorstep or the ground floor of the building, unless a specific prior arrangement has been made. The customer is responsible for checking site accessibility (door width, stairs, elevator, truck access). If delivery is impossible due to non-compliant access, additional charges may apply. The customer must inspect the package upon receipt and note any precise reservations with the carrier in case of damage. Any claim must be sent within 48 hours to contact@pilatesathome.fr with supporting photos. Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless a confirmed defect is found.

2. Restrictions

Deliveries are limited to areas accessible by standard road transport. Deliveries are not available: in areas not accessible by delivery trucks, on islands not connected by road without prior agreement, in areas requiring exceptional transport not arranged at the time of order. Upper-floor deliveries, installation or special handling are not included unless agreed in writing beforehand. Any access constraints must be reported before the order is confirmed.
