The Pilates Chair measures 80 cm in length, 73 cm in width and 136 cm in height. It weighs 45 kg. Thanks to its two built-in wheels, it can be easily moved around your space.
Both models share the exact same technical specifications and spring system. The difference lies in the wood finish: the Classic model features a light natural wood, while the Signature model boasts a premium dark wood finish for a more refined look.
The Pilates Chair helps strengthen the spine, abdominals, lower back and pelvic stability. It develops strength, endurance and balance by combining bodyweight exercises, coordination and spring resistance. The two separate pedals allow for alternating or combined movement depending on your goals.
No, assembly is simple and accessible. An assembly tool is included in the package, along with detailed installation instructions. An assembly video is also available. If needed, our customer service is available 7 days a week to assist you.
The Pilates Chair is covered by a 3-year Pilates At Home warranty, including the frame, springs, pedals and handles. Shipping is free to mainland France.
